OUR OBJECTIVE
Capello Design strives to create spaces that will enhance people’s lives. The design process will be transformative, meaningful and enjoyable. Every interior space with which we are entrusted with will have a purpose and will be carefully designed to compliment the home and support our client’s needs. Business dealings will be honest, ethical, and transparent. We will streamline the design process for our clients so they can focus on the aspects of home improvements that matter most to them.
I. PROGRAMMING
We define our client’s goals by engaging them with a series of questions to discover the scope and style of the project.
II. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This phase allows us to focus on developing several design schemes that include furniture, floor layouts, fixtures, materials and finish selections.
III. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After a proposed design scheme has been approved, we make final revisions in order to enhance the design.
IV. DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS
When the final design is complete we provide construction drawings and specifications to the builder and architect. Technical tools such as room renderings, perspective drawings and material boards are presented at this time.
V. INSTALLATION & FINAL TOUCHES
Every item entering our client’s home has been inspected and approved by our trusted receiving/storage partners. While most room installs typically happen over a single day, entire home installations may take place over a period of time depending on the scope of a project.
